Scope confirmation
An enquiry does not create a service agreement. Work begins only after the author receives and accepts a written scope covering deliverables, exclusions, timing, fees and revision terms.
Author responsibility
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy of research, data, sources, declarations, author approvals, ethics permissions and final submission decisions. All returned edits and statements must be reviewed before use.
Ethical limits
UK Journal Publishing does not fabricate evidence, participants, results, approvals, citations or authorship; conceal misconduct; falsify originality; impersonate an author without transparent authority; or guarantee grades, peer review, acceptance, indexing or publication.
Editorial outcomes
Editing and publication support improve presentation and procedural readiness but cannot control independent decisions made by journals, reviewers, publishers, institutions, databases or funders.
Confidential material
Authors should transmit sensitive manuscripts only through an approved secure channel established by the deployed service. Passwords, personal participant data and confidential datasets should not be entered into the public forms or FAQ assistant.
Template status
These terms are a practical starting point for the website build and are not legal advice. The deployment operator must replace or review them for the operating company, jurisdiction, payment model and actual service workflow before launch.
